Biden Justice Department Sending Secret ‘Keyword Warrants’ To Google To Hand Over User Data For Specific Search Terms

It’s been reported that the Biden administration is now sending secretive warrants to Google to give the government data on any American typing certain search terms, stoking fears that Big Brother will go after innocent online visitors to the world’s top search engine, facts could be twisted by the most corrupt administration in our country’s history, and innocent Americans could wind up with criminal charges filed against them.

It is bad enough that Democrats in government have been using private tech tyrant corporations like Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others to silence their opponent’s free speech because the government can’t do what essentially violates people’s Constitutional rights, now they want to use tech tyrants to set innocent Americans up for political bombshells. You know it’s going to happen.

Back in 2019, in Wisconsin, federal investigators were hunting down men they believed took part in the sex-trafficking and sexual abuse of a minor. The girl went missing that year but later appeared claiming to have been kidnapped and sexually assaulted, according to a search warrant reviewed by Forbes.

To help locate the bad guys, federal agents turned to Google, asking the leftist tech tyrant company to provide them information on anyone who had searched for the girl’s name, her mother’s name and her address over 16 days across the year. After being asked to provide all relevant Google accounts and IP addresses of those who made the searches, Google supplied data around the middle of 2020, but the court documents don’t list the number of Google visitors that had their data sent over to the government.

Federal investigators are now using new “keyword warrants” to track down criminals, and they are using them to get Google to provide information on anyone who searched for a victim’s name or their address in a specific year. This was revealed by an unsealed court document that Forbes discovered.

This is pretty frightening stuff. I wrote a few stories about Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie recently and when doing my research I used Google’s search engine to find accurate information for my stories. Should I now be worried about using Google to gather data to write a story? Since the Democrats have corrupted e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g in our lives, and me being a conservative writer who already suffers from being censored daily by the same tech tyrants, I think I’ll use DuckDuckGo  to do my searches from now on, because they don’t store your search records.

Google now has to give up data for thousands of warrants issued every year, but now the keyword warrants are a new type of strategy used by federal law enforcement and it is highly controversial because the FBI and the other alphabet agencies have not shown themselves to be trustworthy at all over the last five years and counting. And now that a leftist lunatic runs the Department of Justice, I think the opportunity to abuse keyword searches is high.

“Trawling through Google’s search history database enables police to identify people merely based on what they might have been thinking about, for whatever reason, at some point in the past,” surveillance and cybersecurity counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union Jennifer Granick told Forbes.

“This never-before-possible technique threatens First Amendment interests and will inevitably sweep up innocent people, especially if the keyword terms are not unique and the time frame not precise. To make matters worse, police are currently doing this in secret, which insulates the practice from public debate and regulation,” she added.

So, the Biden DOJ is conducting an analysis of search engine data secretly. Normally, I would say if it is a tool that helps law enforcement take down bad guys, and it is with a warrant, it should be fine. However, we know that the FBI fakes warrants in order to go after innocent people for political reasons. James Comey’s FBI lied to get FISA warrants to spy on a presidential campaign and then the President of the United States.

The government has responded saying that the scope of these warrants are limited so as to avoid implicating innocent people who just happen to be searching on specific keywords that may ensnare them in their investigative web, but do you trust them? Do you trust this administration?

Google defended its decision to give in to the warrants saying they protect users when doing so. Again, do you trust Google? The company has been doing the government’s dirty work of censorship for a long time now, including helping to take down a very popular president. Do you trust them?

“As with all law enforcement requests, we have a rigorous process that is designed to protect the privacy of our users while supporting the important work of law enforcement,” a Google spokesperson said.

Google also has a rigorous process for censoring conservative free speech when it doesn’t agree with a leftist narrative. Law enforcement tools are great, but it’s all about how they are used or abused. For example, Attorney General Merrick Garland is now considering using the Patriot Act to go after angry parents who are showing up at school board meetings to protest the radical agendas they are pushing on their children.

For now, avoid Google if you don’t want the chance of being scooped up in an FBI investigation, all because you’re entering innocent search terms but have the wrong ideology.
