On Monday, the White House released new guidance that indicated that federal contractors will be given significant leeway in how they enforce President Joe Biden’s probably unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Federal contractors like Boeing, IBM, Lockheed, United Airlines, UPS and many others employ vast numbers of American workers. The guidance just put out on the Safer Federal Workforce website gives flexibility for the companies to determine how to enforce the mandate.
I guess this means if you work for a woke corporation, you’re screwed.
“A covered contractor should determine the appropriate means of enforcement with respect to its employee at a covered contractor workplace who refuses to be vaccinated and has not been provided, or does not have a pending request for, an accommodation,” according to the guidelines.
Joe Biden announced his vaccine mandate for federal workers, federal contractors, and health care staffers on September 9, and that differed from what he alluded to was coming for private sector businesses with 100 or more employees where he would force workers to either get the vaccine or submit to weekly testing. Biden didn’t give federal contractors an option for their employees to submit testing, and the only method by which workers can opt out is by seeking a medical or religious exemption.
I have people reaching out to me from companies that are rejecting religious exemption requests almost as fast as they receive them. One writer told me the company replied with a rejection in less time than a speed reader could have read the request.
I don’t think any of it is legal, because we already have laws on the books that declare things like you can’t force someone to take an experimental medicine and that’s exactly what the available vaccines are. That goes against the Nuremberg Code. It is also written in federal law that you cannot do a vaccine mandate if there are available alternatives to treatment. Now you know why the Democrats and their sycophants in the Fake News media the social media tech tyrants are trashing ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. Trash them all you want. They are still viable alternatives to the vaccines.
Of the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines available in the US, none of them have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which makes them experimental. The FDA approved the Comirnaty vaccine for BioNTech, and that company says the medicine will not be available in the US until at least 2023 and possibly not until 2024.
“Covered contractors are expected to comply with all requirements set forth in their contract,” the White House says. “Where covered contractors are working in good faith and encounter challenges with compliance with COVID-19 workplace safety protocols, the agency contracting officer should work with them to address these challenges.”
“If a covered contractor is not taking steps to comply, significant actions, such as termination of the contract, should be taken.”
And that’s when we will see an ocean of lawsuits. I can’t yet confirm this, but a source told me today that the pharmaceutical company Merck just caved on their November 1 vaccine mandate deadline “due to overwhelming pushback from lawsuits, exemptions and employees standing up for their rights. Apparently, Merck just figured out that what they were doing was illegal and the mandate would hurt their business.
The new guideline goes on saying a federal agency “may determine that a covered contractor employee who refuses to be vaccinated in accordance with a contractual requirement pursuant to [Biden’s unlawful executive order] will be denied entry to a Federal workplace, consistent with the agency’s workplace safety protocols.”
The Biden administration is willing to give workers some time to decide to ultimately bend the knee to their tyranny.
For workers who don’t want to get the experimental vaccine with loads of known adverse effects, “a limited period of counseling and education, followed by additional disciplinary measures” may be necessary, according to the White House. “Removal occurs only after continued noncompliance.” Okay, so if it were me, I would be in counseling for the duration of my career. Or at least until Donald Trump returns to the White House.
Get this. The head of a trade association suggested that some companies will terminate their contracts with the federal government ahead of the December 8 deadline.
Vice President of the American Trucking Associations, Bill Sullivan, said during an interview over the weekend that some companies will more than likely not follow the mandate and will simply drop their contracts with the federal government. He went on to explain that the potential loss of workers would be too harmful to their companies. If those corporations drop their contracts, it will be very difficult for the federal government to move military vehicles. That means they can’t transport National Guard troops or their equipment. It will also make it extremely difficult to move food to troops around the country. Of course, the Biden administration will blame the companies while the majority of America will blame Joe Biden.
“I am confident but with heavy heart recognize a vaccine mandate will mean less capacity for the government as a customer of freight,” Sullivan told Politico on October 31. “It has the potential to seriously impact military readiness,” he said of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate announced by Biden on Sept. 9.
Sullivan said that Biden is using a one-size-fits-all strategy for the vaccine mandate and that neither Biden nor the members of his administration took the time to think about all the possible scenarios that would inevitably arise. I submit that’s because the people in the administration don’t care. They demand everyone bend the knee to their demands.
“I feel like the president has tried to be beautifully simple like this could apply to everybody, and by doing that, there will be an impact,” Sullivan told the outlet.
The nimrods running the White House have said that they are confident that when workers are faced with either getting vaccinated or losing their jobs, they will opt in for the mandate. These White House officials are so disconnected from the American people it’s frightening.

I wrote about how the ramifications of these vaccine mandates will destroy many parts of our society. I honestly don’t think Biden cares if families go hungry because they lose their jobs over the mandate because he will enjoy a fabulous dinner every night guaranteed.
