Americans with a conservative outlook aren’t the only ones who are tired of the radical gender ideology that leftists lunatics have been hawking around the world. You know you’re dealing with a Marxist ideology when corporate executives go woke even in the face of going broke. When you piss off the base of your customers, you stand to lose business, but in the Woke Supremacy, the bottom line isn’t part of the equation.
A UK bank, Halifax, has faced a tidal wave of backlash on social media after tweeting “Pronouns matter,” along with a name tag that included the name “Gemma” and the pronouns “she/her/hers.”
BTW, my adjectives are (handsome/brilliant). I just wanted to put that out there.

Someone replied, asking about the authority of the preferred pronouns thing.
“What if a Halifax employee doesn’t want to put pronouns on their lapel, perhaps because they reject the cult of gender ideology? Will they be disadvantaged in any way? Barred from promotion? Fired?”

Someone responded to the bank by tweeting, “Did all your staff agree on this or did a vocal few, force the change onto you with ‘concerns’?”
Someone from the bank named Lara replied it was optional [for now].
“Adding pronouns is completely optional. We’re offering our colleagues the choice because we understand how important it is to create a safe and accepting environment that normalises the conversation around gender identity. ^Lara.”

Instead of enabling people with a mental disorder, the bank should instead do things like, oh, I don’t know… banking?
WATCH:
Someone replied, thinking it was a prank and when the person realized the tweet was serious and it was not from the Babylon Bee, they said they were thinking of closing down their account.
“For a moment there, I was hoping this was a joke photo on a parody account, then I saw the verified tick now I’m thinking I should close my Halifax account and take my money elsewhere”
Lee, a worker at the bank, replied…
“Hi, I’m Lee. At Halifax, we strive for inclusion and equality. Giving our colleagues the option to add their pronouns on their badge, helps to create an inclusive environment for our customers and colleagues.”

I think Lee meant to say “equity” and not “equality.” BAD Halifax worker. BAD!
Someone else responded to the bank by accusing the bank of “pathetic virtue signalling.”
“It does nothing of the sort, Lee. There’s no ambiguity about the name ‘Gemma’;I t’s a female person’s name. In other words, it’s pathetic virtue signalling and is seen as such by almost everyone who has responded to the initial tweet. Why are you trying to alienate people?”
Then a smart alec from the bank named AndyM respondedsaying, “We strive for inclusion, equality and quite simply, in doing what’s right. If you disagree with our values, you’re welcome to close your account. ^AndyM.”

And there you have it. Go woke, go broke.
My response…
“I would like to open an account just so that I can close it.”

“Oh dear, Andy, do your bosses know you are encouraging your customers to leave?”

The problem with Marxism is ideology supersedes everything, including business models, making a profit, and the idea that the customer is always right. I told AndyM as much.

“It’s not inclusion it’s virtue signalling. You have just confirmed that you consider a virtue signal to be with more than customer.”

One user pointed out the obvious that must have escaped the corporate executives at the bank.
“Already you’re urging those who disagree with your vision to leave your utopia, after an initial attempt at inclusion. The philosophical build of the ideology your experimenting with has a divisive history precedes you on this. I’d stay with banking.”

Another user pointed out another obvious point…

“Anyone who places conditions before you engage in conversation is not worth talking to.”
Then one user let Halifax know the consequences of a not-nosed employee by the name of AndyM.
“My wife and I have followed this advice, partly due to Halifax’s current virtue signalling but mostly the eagerness of AndyM to lose customers. Mortgage is being moved, credit cards have been cancelled, deposit account closed. Had been with you since the 90s. Nice work.”

Then it got all too real for the bank.
“If you strive for equality and doing what’s right, why do you have a pay gap between male and female staff of 27.8%, around twice the national average?”
